Guests have access to all property amenities (provided you wear the blue wrist bands issued by owner) including but not limited to:

NOTE: No Smoking at Pool and Beach areas. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless the owner for any and all liability related to the use of amenities.
Also, there is a Boat launch very close by (Beaver island or at BlueBriar park) and a day dock for your convenience.
