Property Amenities

Guests have access to all property amenities (provided you wear the blue wrist bands issued by owner) including but not limited to:

• Sandy Beach (lake access for all your water activities)
• Day dock (bring your boat and jet skis)
• 2 beautiful Pools
• Playground for kiddos
• BBQ pits (Gas and Charcoal)
• Fire pit to relax and enjoy S’mores at the end of the day
• Decks to relax and take in the beautiful lake views
• Horseshoe and washer pits
• Games/Shuffle board,Chess
• Beach Volleyball area
• Pickle Ball courts.

NOTE: No Smoking at Pool and Beach areas. There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless the owner for any and all liability related to the use of amenities.

Also, there is a Boat launch very close by (Beaver island or at BlueBriar park) and our day dock for your convenience.
